RGC Gold Monday Night Session - 6:30-8:00pm

The start of the season is just around the corner, and as some of you are aware, we are dealing with a number of pool shutdowns to begin the season. These include Jasper Place, Peter Hemingway (Coronation), and the RGC.

Despite these closures, we have been able to secure alternate pool space for all of our swimmers. Our goal was to ensure that every swimmer receives the same amount of pool time they would have had without the shutdowns. With the limited pool space available, we have done our best to create a schedule that works as well as possible for everyone.

For our Gold swimmers, one of their weekly practices - the Monday practice - will occasionally be combined with other groups.

Because of the available lane space, we will need to split the Gold swimmers between two time slots. We are asking all Gold swimmers to select their preferred Monday time slot here:

For RGC Gold swimmers, we have allocated:

• 4 spots in the 5:00–6:30 p.m. time slot
• 4 spots in the 6:30–8:00 p.m. time slot

As you will see in the alternate schedule, this change will affect RGC for only two Mondays, 

🔴 Action Required: Please declare your preferred time slot by September 27th, 2026

• Space is limited in each group.

• Spots will be first come, first served

• Swimmers who have not declared by the deadline will be placed into a time slot based on availability.
