The Red Deer Cataline Valentine Meet meet is a 2 day meet open to Bronze swimmers (at select pools - see note below). This is the first out of town meet for our development swimmers. Out of town meets are always fun, creates opportunities for team bonding and chances to compete against new swimmers from other cities.
The Valentine meet is the for swimmers in Bronze at Terwillegar, Jasper Place, RGC, YMCA & Meadows locations.

Swimmers Eligible: Bronze (Terwillegar, Jasper Place, RGC, YMCA & Meadows ONLY)
Meet Format & Times:
Session 1: Saturday AM
Warm up: TBC Start: TBC
Session 2: Saturday PM
Warm up: TBC Start: TBC
Session3: Sunday AM
Warm up: TBC Start: TBC
*The session times will be updated once the meet package is finalized. Based on last year the Sat Am session had warm-up at 7:00am and the meet started at 8:05am, Sat PM was 1:00pm warm up and 2:05pm start, and the Sun session had warm up at 7:00am and start was 8:05am.
**Please be on deck 20 minutes prior to the start of warm-up
Meet Entry Fees: Individual events: TBD
*Coaches will enter athletes who have signed up and all entry fees will be charged monthly through Keyano's billing system.

Note that sign-up deadlines are set such that fees are no longer refundable beyond that date. Keyano pays for event costs and for entry fees to other club's hosted meets up front on behalf of members, and then passes those costs on to those signed up for a competition through monthly invoices. As a non-profit organization, it is our mandate to ensure each member is responsible for their own fees as of the sign-up deadline.
