This clinic is designed for swimmers who are not swimming legal breaststroke consistently and would benefit from more specialized, hands-on support. Breaststroke is a highly technical stroke, and this session will focus on helping swimmers develop the breaststroke kick and improve timing.
The clinic will run with a high coach-to-swimmer ratio (3:1) to ensure individualized feedback and instruction.
Based on space and swimmer needs, coaches may remove swimmers if the clinic is not deemed appropriate for their current skill level.
