Poppy Invitational 2025
This event is a two day, 4 session swim meet for swimmers in Silver and Gold. The meet offers longer races for our development swimmers.
If you are unable to attend all sessions, notify your child's coach and we will try to accommodate if the events are suitable for the swimmer in the other sessions

Date: October 18th, 2025 (Saturday)
Pool: Kinsmen Sports Centre
Swimmers eligible: Silver & Gold swimmers
Meet Times:
Saturday October 25th
Session 1: Warm Up - 8:00am-8:50am, Racing 9:00am - 1:00pm
Session 2: Warm Up - 2:00pm-2:50am, Racing 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Sunday October 26th
Session 3: Warm Up - 8:00am-8:50am, Racing 9:00am - 1:00pm
Session 4: Warm Up - 2:00pm-2:50am, Racing 3:00pm - 6:00pm
**Please be on deck 20 minutes prior to the start of warm-up
Meet Entry Fees: $14 per individual event (50m, 100m, 200m events) & $15 per event for 400IM, 400 & 800 Free
*Coaches will enter athletes who have signed up and all entry fees will be charged monthly through Keyano's billing system.
Entry Limit: 8 events (limit 3 per session)
Confirmation Deadline: Wednesday October 1st, 2025

General disclaimer about fees & sign-up deadlines: Signing up for any event constitutes a financial commitment to that event. Note that sign-up deadlines are set such that fees are no longer refundable beyond that date. Keyano pays for event costs and for entry fees to other club's hosted meets up front on behalf of members, and then passes those costs on to those signed up for a competition through monthly invoices. As a non-profit organization, it is our mandate to ensure each member is responsible for their own fees as of the sign-up deadline.
