Club would like to welcome all new and returning members
to the 2010/11 season.
Our club is dedicated to
developing swimmers to their ultimate potential, and has proven
that through over 30 years of
national and international success. To provide this, we offer
nationally-certified coaching at 4 locations throughout the city of
Edmonton with programs aimed towards swimmers of
all abilities.

- Congratulations to Richard Funk for breaking the Boy's 15-17 LC Club record in the
200 Breast with a 2:16.26 (6th place finish) at the Junior Pan
Pacific Championships.
- Congratulations to Fionnuala
Pierse for breaking the Women's LC Open
Club record twice in the 50 Free with a 26.57 in the heats and a
26.24 in the finals (6th place finish) at the Junior Pan
Pacific Championships.

record in the 200 IM with a 2:18.62 (7th place finish) at the
Junior Pan Pacific Championships.

relay at the 2010
North American Challenge Cup. Lili also set a new NACC meet record
in the 400 Free.

Team Canada's 4 x 50 Freestyle relay at the 2010 North American
Challenge Cup. Sophia was also under the previous NACC meet
record in the 400 Freestyle.

Sloane and Jennifer
Morgan for a successful meet at British Youth
Nationals this past week. Mercedes swam to finals 3 events; 4th in
the 1500 Free, 5th in the 200 free and 7th in the 400 free.
Jennifer swam to an 9th place finish in the finals of the 200 back
and 14th in the semi finals of 200 free.
- Congratulations to Ryder McGinnis
for his Gold medal and club record breaking performance in the
11-12 boys 200 Breaststroke at the 2010 North American Challenge
Cup. Ryder also set a new NACC record.
- Congratulations to Lili Margitai
for her Bronze medal performance in the 11-12 girls 100 Fly and her
Gold medal performance on Team Canada's 4 x 100 Freestyle relay at
the 2010 North American Challenge Cup.
- Congratulations to Karah Folk for
winning the 10&Under Girls Aggregate Award at Far
Westerns for her performances. Well done

- Congratulations to Coach Price
for earning spots as a Staff Coach on the Senior Pan Pac, Junior
Pan Pac and Nations Cup Teams. Steve chose Junior Pan
Pacs and will be off to Hawaii later this
month.

for earning a Silver medal in the Men's 800 Free at Summer
Nationals with a 8:01.61.
- Congratulations to Fionnuala
Pierse for breaking the Women's Open
LC Club record in the 200 IM with a 2:19.77 at Summer
Nationals.
- Congratulations to Nick Kostiuk
for his 6th place finish in the 200 Breast with a 2:19.17 and
securing his spot on the Junior Pan Pac Team. Nick's
results this Spring and Summer earned him spots on the NACC,
Junior Pan Pac and Nations Cup
Teams.
- Congratulations to Richard Funk
for earning his second Bronze medal at Summer Nationals in the 200
Breast with a 2:17.50. Richard's results earned him spots on
the Senior Pan Pac, Junior Pan Pac and Nations Cup Teams.

with a 28.94 placing 5th at Summer
Nationals.

for racing to his first Senior National medal in the 100
Breast winning a bronze in a personal best of 1:02.54 and securing
a spot on the Junior Pan Pac Team! Richard also broke
the 15-17 & Open LC Club records with that swim. Well done
